Directions:

Apply to wet or damp hair. Part the hair in four sections.  Finger rake through each section of the hair.  Allow to completely air dry and form a cast before touching the curls.  Best used with Hair Dew.  Can also be used with Conditioning Curling Custard for a stronger hold.
